Step by step

Confirmation of Unit Claim

Confirmation of Unit Claim

A confirmation screen displaying the information entered will be shown. The Unit Claim - Acknowledgement screen provides to the dealer a summary report of the claim he just made and gives him the possibility to keep a hard copy for his own reference. The dealer has to make sure that a copy of the acknowledgement is sent along with the part(s) and or document(s) to be returned (if applicable). If no parts or documents need to be sent in, we strongly suggest that the Acknowledgement be kept with the parts that need to be kept for 90 days (as per warranty policy).

Warnings reappear on Acknowledgement of Unit Claim
If you received a warning message at the verify stage and decided to submit without correcting, your warning message will reappear on the appropriate line in the Unit Claim Acknowledgement.

Return Checklist - Parts & Documents to be Returned
At the very bottom of your Acknowledgement, you will find the Return Check List section detailing which documents and parts need to be returned to BRP. You just need to print it out and include it in the box with documents and parts.
